Our friends Stephanie and Andrew Webb had a fun couples V-Day party on Friday night. The ladies brought their husbands favorite appetizer or dessert and a wedding picture to display. The guys wrote surprise poems for their wifes... some were pretty funny and some were just sweet. Ryan's had some funny parts but was overall sweet :) They also had the guys draw a pic of our first date and then the ladies had to choose which pic was theirs and tell their first date story. We started off by saying this we "Always/Never" did as a couple, did a fun questionnaire, had a slow dance, and I even won the "Guess-how-many-kisses-in-the-jar" contest :) It was a fun night and I'd love to do one of these parties next year!
Brinley and I had fun making a heart banner and paper hearts to hang from our archway. She was a good little helper, just didn't expect it to take a couple hours!Saturday night we headed over to Derek and Casie's for a little valentine's dessert and games. We played Things and had fun as usual!
Saturday we enjoyed the beautiful weather by hiking and Red Rock with Prices. These two little boys had a lot of fun together!
Marlee looks a little questionable in the pic, haha
The boys loved getting to climb way up into this little cave!

We have a pic of Brinley holding Casen in this same little cave 2 years ago :)

Brinley had fun "posing" for pictures, I think she made me take a couple dozen pics :)
I looked over to find Marlee relaxing on the floor, she cracks me up
Ryan took Casen's training wheels off and he had fun riding around, he actually did pretty good... but we will probably keep the training wheels on for now.
I had been craving a turkey dinner so on Sunday we invited a few of the "families we love" over for Valentines Dinner. I think it would be a fun tradition to do to celebrate Valentines Day. There are a dozen families I would have loved to have, but we were limited on space, so we had fun with those we could squeeze into our house!
The kids had fun decorating heart shaped sugar cookies and we all enjoyed eating them!
I made a sheet of paper with each child's name at top and then we had the kids pass the papers around and write something they LOVED about eachother. It was a little crazy to accomplish but in the end the kids loved it. I could tell the kids felt really good (especially Brinley) and that's what I was going for :)
Rochelle, Jess, and Michelle... just a few of the ladies I love here in Vegas!
Brinley, Marlee, Jansen, Natalie, Emmy, Mark, Graham, Harper, Jude, and Casen
Brinley and Casen's lists of things the other kids love about them. They were pretty cute :) I also redid my candlestick jars to look a little Valentiney
Brinley turned Marlee's monitor so it was watching her instead, I thought it was pretty funny. Let's be honest, she is the one I need to keep an eye on.
Wow, what a busy Valentine's week! Sounds so fun!
