Brinley and Casen had birthday's the same week, so Becky made this cute Scooby cake for them and we all sang Happy Birthday on Monday.
Casen was pretty excited about the whole thing :)
We had our Second Annual Rubber-Duck-Races! We each have a duck with our name on it and it is pretty fun to watch them race down the little stream, through tunnels, past seaweed, around bends, and with excited little kids watching.
I saw a side of Marlee I had never seen before, more competitive than I would have thought! This is her excited-my -duck-took-third-place face :)
Brin and Casen kept a close eye on their ducks!
Brinley loves being a big sister. I hope she is always so good to miss Marlee.
The kids took the ducks out to race again the next day, one night of racing just wasn't enough!
Grandma Q made playdough for the kiddos, they had a great time!
The kids loved riding these trikes around the big circular driveway... most have done it 100 times during the trip! A little better than the 30 ft cement pad in our back yard :)
We went to "Bear World" on Tuesday (strategically planned since Casen would be 3 on Wednesday and we would of had to pay for him :)) There were a lot of fun animals to see, the kids love it!
Despite it clearly being a "zoo" type park, they still did a good job making it feel partly natural.
You can only drive 3 MPH, so we let the kids sit up front with us to see everything better.
The bears! Pretty neat, we saw at least 30! They make you keep your vehicle moving so that the bears don't climb up on your car :)
We watched this little cub climb up these logs, so stinkin cute!
It was a little rainy and so no one was there, which meant the kids had these fun rides all to themselves!
Marlee missed out on the rides but still had fun!
I lobe Brin's face in this one... it was actually kinda fun :)

The kids got to pet a deer, and so did I, I think it may have been my first time ever.
Awesome fat pig. Casen wanted to pet it but made sure Dad was there for protection.
Looking handsome on his favorite trike
My Brinley Boo
Marlee waiting for the family pictures, poor girl was so tired, I don't think she smiled in s single on!

Biggest dandelion I ever saw
The Nelson boys... Quentin, Stratton, Casen, Mack, and Brigham. Casen seriously loves all these boys!
Crash!
The "big" girls. These little gals were 4 and 5 when I met them, crazy how big and beautiful they are now!
The little girls, Brinley, Rachel, Brooklyn... and Marlee who was sleeping :)
Casen loves skateboards. Too bad they are so stinkin hard to ride! But he found another way!

So pretty in the evenings, just want to stay outside forever. You can kinda see Ryan and his brothers in the front yard talking, I like seeing Ryan with his brothers, too bad they aren't together more.
Another Crash... I don't look that cute or happy when I crash!
Marlee girl I love you.
Becca, I have to agree that Idaho knows how to do summer well! Glad you were able to make it to see the Nelson side of your family. Your kids are so stinkin' cute, seriously! Marlee is getting so big. I can't believe the boys are 3, crazy!! we need to talk soon and get updated. We want to konw how Ryan's school is going and all. Let us know if you're EVER in Utah and want to visit or stay the night, we'd love to see you!
