October was overloaded -- with activities, fun, friends, food, and lots and lots of PICTURES! Here are all the extra pictures that didn't make their own post!

Is that gross or what!? This is the inside of our humidifier! Can you believe we actually drink the same water that gets put in there! This is what happens when you don't clean your humidifier for a couple months... don't try this at home, or you make never drink Nevada water again :) But I have to admit the shape it formed was pretty cool looking!

Marlee learned to stand up in her crib, and the kids were pretty excited to join her!

Casen made these cute ghosts at school! He made a little spider with his hands too. So fun! Thanks Michelle!

I love this picture of my girl, I think both their smiles are way too cute. I know, I'm biased :) Brinley wanted to wear her princess costume anytime that Marlee and Casen weren't dressing up with her. Here she is on her way to Keyera's fun Halloween Birthday party!

Casen, Jude, and Kylie... these 3 had a lot of fun in the bounce house while the big girls were at school.... laying in the middle while it blew up is always a favorite :)

Brinley wanted some chores to do (this should be my sign I need to make more chore lists for her!) So she decided to organize my kitchen cupboards for me, she did pretty good :)

Yes, this really is Brinley's $50 school picture. Unbelievable. Apparently they were doing their "practice smiles" before the actual picture and her teacher told her that she needed to do a "real smile"... let's just say there were NO smiles at all after that. Quite traumatic. Fortunately they let us do re-takes :) We will post those later!

Ryan put up the baby swing and Marlee couldn't be happier! I love this picture, so looks like a crazy baby riding a roller coaster :)

We switched Casen from gymnastics to karate and he has LOVED it. All boys, smaller class, and he gets to run around and kick stuff. So happy.

Derek, Darcy, and Ryan... they aren't the biggest fans of us girls making them take pictures :)

Casie, Jess, and I behind our pumpkins. My haunted house wasn't as good as last years spider, but it was still fun carving pumpkins and hanging out.

These Elders are awesome! They are quite the hot commodity and we were so glad we were finally able to have them over for dinner. The kids loved getting to talk to them and had all sorts of questions for them. I love seeing missionaries who have dedicated two years of their lives to serving the Lord and teaching people about Jesus Christ. They always bring such a special spirit to our home. I love knowing my little sister is out serving a mission for the LDS church just like these missionaries!

Kyle was out of town a lot in October, and so several nights when both our husbands were gone, Dayna and her kids stayed the night. It was fun to wake up to friends :) Casen apparently wasn't too happy during this pic!

Brinley yelled "watch Mom!" and this is what I turned around to see... Brinley as a STATUE.

Casen and Marlee actually playing good together. I love this, cause usually Casen acts like a little stinker around her.

I don't know if Marlee was sad or just tired, but I thought she looked pretty cute snuggling the couch.

Brinley is allergic to most of her earrings, so she found this fun place to keep them.

Bananas and milk, Case's favorite new snack

I swear I have this same exact picture, but ELEVEN years ago! I couldn't find it to post it though, sad. This is one of my best friends from highschool, Tiffany. I just know we will be friends forever.

She is crazy, the perfect mix for my kids :) She spent a couple days in Vegas with her friend Stevie and we were happy to have them over for breakfast one morning.

I love this girl.

Even when she tries to eat the dirt while I am sweeping :)

Bath time with 3 kids is always CRAZY

With 7 teeth now Marlee is loving getting to eat solid foods!

We couldn't decide on a pizza flavor so we ended up with this : 1/3 pineapple, 1/3 pepperoni, and 1/3 BBQ chicken. I love when I can actually enjoy having these little helpers... usually I am in such a rush, but tonight was a good night :)

The 3 muskateers!

Preshes, Jody, Michelle, and I... we all served in the Primary Presidency for over 2 years together. They were great ladies to work with and I miss seeing them regularly. We grabbed lunch at Olive Garden for Preshes's birthday and it was fun to reunite! :)

Ryan started a new job for CTI. So he is now a civilian contractor for the Air Force and he is a simulator instructor for the Predator. He still works part time flying UAV's for the Air Force Reserve. The job has been a nice change since he doesn't have to work crazy hours or Sunday, yay! It was very weird to see him come home in these clothes after work, when I have been used to him coming home in a flight suit for 6.5 years!

Brinley loves to pretend she is Marlee's twin sister :)

Each week for homework the kids have to draw or paste something on a paper that starts with the letter of the week. This was her first week and the letter was C. She had a lot of fun making it :)

I love how she tries to sound things out :)

Brinley's first report card! She was pretty proud and so were we! I hope she always have the desire to do well in school. We celebrated by getting yogurtland, ofcourse :)

Casen fell asleep in his carseat on the way home from preschool so I carried him inside like this. He slept for an hour and then I carried him to the car and strapped him back in and drove Brinley to dance with out his even waking up! He was one tired boy!

A cute card Brinley made for a friend. I liked the little mermaid. Those are hands, not wings :)

Yay for rain! I loved playing in the rain growing up and just have to say yes when my kids ask!

First weekend in October was General Conference (where we get to listen to our Prophet and Apostles speak). It is tradition to head to the park while the Dad's go to the priesthood session in the evening.
Wow, you are one busy mama! Those kiddo's are so cute, and congrats on Ryan's new job, that's great :) And I totally remember Vegas water...blech!
ReplyDeleteBrinley's school picture might be my favorite thing ever. Becca that is hilarious!!!
