1st Half of March!

My Grandma Judy and my Aunts Julie and Dove visited us on their drive home from my cousin's wedding in Utah. We don't get much one on one time with them and we really enjoyed their visit.

They are all very healthy eaters and were on a no processed food diet at the time. I got their last minute "healthy dinner" request on Saturday but didn't have time to the run to the store. Fortunately for them I already had a Greek salad and fruit salad planned for dinner... wouldn't have been so perfect on most nights :)

Had a girls night with Jessica Nye and Michelle Blanchard... it took MONTHS for us to finally be able to go out because of our busy schedules. But it was well worth the wait! I love these ladies and will miss them both so much when it is time to move!

Casen and his giant strawberry, he loved this thing!

Brinley's book report project. She chose Hansel and Gretel. She drew their pics all by herself. I thought she did a great job and it was fun to work on it together. One of many projects to come!

Linkin and Maddux! The kids have really enjoyed playing with the Dearden boys! We had a fun little Family Night with them and the kids really liked Craig's obstacle course that they had to do blind folded while just listening to the Holy Ghost (Craig). We tried to distract them by yelling things like " Look out for the spider" or " Come get icecream!". But they all did a really good job following his voice :)

One last Air Show! I took Brinley out of school and we went up to Creech to meet Ryan for a Thunderbird show... probably our last one being military. So nice to get in with such a smal group. We know one of the pilots so that was cool too. The kids all loved it... even Marlee, but she kept saying " Too Loud!"

Casen's teeth :) He made this at preschool, ate half of the marshmallow teeth :)

Ok I could actually just eat Marlee right up! Seriously I love her squinty smile! Make it all worth it :)

Brinley presenting her book project on pajama day. She was a little nervous but did a great job.

Brinley's award for getting over 100 sight words. She has really been improving, I love listening to her read books to Marlee and Casen.

Just love when they play together, I hope they are always friends!

Dale and Q stopped by on their way to AZ. We always love a chance to see Grandma and Grandpa!

Marlee is a master in the kitchen. Master at climbing on counters, getting water from the fridge and spilling it everywhere, mixing whatever ingredients she can find, etc.  I love her "help" but some times don't know what to do with her! Thank you Marlee for adding this extra ingredient!

He loves me.... he loves me not.... I don't have to play that game, I know Casen loves me :)

Marlee thought this would be a good place to hide on our walk. I love when she tries to be funny!

One perfect afternoon we headed to Floyd Lamb with The Flores'. The kids had fun running around and feeding the geese and ducks.

I had to make a phone call after we got there and Darlene was so sweet to run around with the kids. She is always helping me with them and we love her for it! And for lots of other reasons too :)
